In December of 2018 my Dad Orville Thertell was diagnosed with prostate cancer! Then told in February of 2019 it had spread! He did two rounds of radiation and he rang the bell to say cancer free in November 2019, well that was short lived 3 months later it started again he had nothing but bad scans from that day forward after a long battle with cancer and many different radiations my Dad was given the devastating news last October that his cancer was spreading and we were at last resort chemotherapy! This strong brave man again told them he was gonna beat it! After a long battle his body quit responding to the chemo it was like it was feeding off it! So my parents made the decision to go to hospice for his end of life care! I can’t thank them enough for the support and compassion this place gives. My family will be forever thankful to everyone who helped make those days memorable. 14 hours before my dad passed he had one last dance with the love of his life my mother and surrounded by love and support from his whole family he passed away peacefully on August 18,2023. My Dad may be gone but his legacy carry’s on! Gone but never forgotten! Thank you for supporting "Team Orville's Wolf Pack" it means the world to me.
