Having just completed the excellent 30-hour Hospice Volunteer Training this past spring, I came to realize the lengths to which the Staff and Volunteers go to ensure that their residents have the smoothest and best transitions possible. They are amazing! When it's my turn to die, I do hope to receive the compassionate care that is delivered in the Hospice Residence on London Street and that is why I am Hiking for Hospice. You may wish to as well so don't hesitate to support such a worthy cause. You and your loved ones matter!
