My a dad was lucky enough to be cared for at the Peterborough Hospice in December of 2019. Every single nurse, PSW, doctor, volunteer, admin and facility staff member treated Dad, and our entire family, with caring and dignity. They looked after him - not just his medical needs but his whole person. They helped him continue to laugh throughout the time he was there and I truly believe helped him to embrace and enjoy all of the moments that he could. By doing that they looked after us as well, so we could have those last special memories to take with us. I am grateful every day that in the worst of times, there are places (and people!) such as Peterborough Hospice that look after the people we love the most, with the most.... of everything.
