The BEL Rotary has given me opportunity to support the community during these challenging times. In honor of passed BEL Rotarian Robert (Bob) Ash I chose to support the Yes Shelter for Youth and Families. Bob became a champion for the Yes Shelter working with the club to collect food and hygiene products for the residents. Quietly and without recognition or fanfare Bob saw a need and ran with it. I also heard a story from a mother that how mental illness led her daughter to become homeless. If the Yes Shelter wasn't there her daughter may have not survived. Please consider pledging to keep kids safe.
